I saw a movie, "PENELOPE".
Penelope was born in a good family, the Wilhern family. Her nose was pig's due to a curse.
Generations ago, an embittered witch placed a curse on the Wilhern family because their son had impregnated her daughter, one of their servants. The son offered marriage but his family refused and married him off to another. The witch's daughter, overwrought, threw herself off a cliff. The witch then cursed the Wilherns in such a way that would result in the next girl born into the clan having the face of a pig. For generations, only sons were born into the family, until approximately three generations later when Penelope was born, stricken with the curse. It is said that the curse can only be lifted if one of her own learns to love her, which is interpreted by her parents to mean a blueblood, a person from an established wealthy family.

Penelope have lived in only her house for 25 years. Her mother feared to be seen her daughter by people. Her mother looked about a man who suits her daughter. But when the men looked Penelope's face, they feared and suddenly run away. When she was just about to give up marrying, a man appear. His name was Johnny Martin. At first he disguised his name and closed to her to get money, but he gradually loved Penelope, she also did. But, as he disguised his status, he rejected her proposal and disappeared before her. After that she was liberated from her curse on her own. And few years later, they met, and they fell in love and finally lived happily.
I thought that Penelope was a mentally strong girl and don't lose control of herself. People around her worried about her pig nose and didn't have her go out of her house. But she didn't mind appearing before people. The story fold to live up to my expectations. I thought that only the dearest could liberate her curse. But Penelope liberated it on her own. And her attendant who had taken care of her for 25 years was the person who put a curse on her. I was surprised at the truth. Finally, she got happiness with her dearest. I also felt happy.
