Stretching and Muscle training
I do stretching and muscle training for about 15 minutes after a bath every day. My body is inflexible surprisingly. I couldn't touch my toes with sitting and stretching my hands and legs. I would often be laughed by my teammates when I was a high school student. I would spend much time in making my body flexible. And it is hard for me to continue doing muscle training for much time. The first day when I did it, my body had muscular pain. But, now I accustomed to do it. I want to continue them(96words).
