I want to write about my favorite movie, " Home Alone ". This is a very famous and popular movie. I think that most people have watch this movie before. I watched this movie for the first time, when I was a high school student. Although I watched this movie many times, I still enjoy it.
This movie's derector is Chris Columbus. He was born on September 10 in 1958.His masterpiece are "The Goonies" , "Young Sherlock Holmes" ,"Adventures in Babysitting" and so on.
Main cast are Macaulay Culkin(Kevin McCallister), Joe Pesci(Harry), Daniel Stern(Mary), John Heard(Peter McCallister) and Catherine O'Hara(Kate McCallister ). Macaulay Culkin is the lead of this story. Joe pesci and Daniel Stern play the part of The Wet Bandits. John Heard and Catherine O'Hara are lead' parents.
I want to introduce an outline of this movie.Kevin McCallister, 8 years old is accidentally left behind while his family rushes to the Airport to go to France for their Christmas vacation. Kevin learns that he made his family is gone. He spends his first day having fun in his house. Kevin learns that Mary and Harry (The Wet Bandits), two crooks are trying to rob his house. Kevin fends for himself and protects his house from the thieves, by setting traps everywhere. Meanwhile, Kevin's mother discovers that they left Kevin in Chicago and tries to go back to Chicago while the other members of the family stay in France.
I like this movie very much. Even If I am depressed, I cheer up at watching this movie. I think Kevin is very brave and clever. I can't believe that he is 8 years old. If I were in his place, I would just get into a panic and keep crying. And I like his pretty gestures, especially that of his dancing to drive back The Wet Bandits. I want many people to watch this movie and enjoy it(319words).
